"Bring Back Fixtures Man" campaign on the road
After deciding an online petition wasn't enough, Mr Peter Chapman paid £10 english pounds to gain entry to the County ground in Hove.
Sussex were Playing Middlesex live on Sky Sports 1 in the totesport league division 2.
Earlier in the day Mr Chapman had purchased a big piece of card and a marker pen and made a delightful sign to take the the match in a bid to make the public aware of the save Fixtures Man Campaign.
After 34.4 overs of the Sussex Innings, the sky cameras had the good sense to show the sign on television.
Mr Peter Chapman holds the sign in front of the big screen to gain attention.
He takes the sign for a walk across the outfield, much to the delight of the supporters.
Darth Vader lends some celebrity power to the campaign
As does the boy wonder Robin!
Only in times of great need do good and evil join forces!
This random supporter also agreed to be pictured with the sign!
